Cumin Vinaigrette:
Makes: 1 cup
Prep Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: None
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Hemp Seed Oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup sherry vinegar, (or red wine.apple cider vinegar)
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
2 tsp ground cumin
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl.Whisk until well mixed.Serve chilled. Will store in a sealed container in the fridge for 7-10 days.
