Banana-Camu-Berry Hemp Shake

Because of the citric acid/Vitamin C of the camu berry powder, this shake is a good way to make your kelp palatable so add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Green Life Kelp.

Ingredients

1Banana 
1 teaspoonCamu Berry Powder
1 TablespoonHemp Protein Powder 
8 ouncesWater or Milk 
1 TablespoonMicro Plant Powder (optional) 
3-4Ice cubes 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse to your preferred thickness. The longer you blend the smoother the taste and texture.
  2. Consider adding some Soft Center Hemp Seeds to the smoothie.
