Banana-Camu-Berry Hemp Shake
Because of the citric acid/Vitamin C of the camu berry powder, this shake is a good way to make your kelp palatable so add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Green Life Kelp.
|1 teaspoon||Camu Berry Powder|
|1 Tablespoon||Hemp Protein Powder|
|8 ounces||Water or Milk|
|1 Tablespoon||Micro Plant Powder (optional)|
- Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse to your preferred thickness. The longer you blend the smoother the taste and texture.
- Consider adding some Soft Center Hemp Seeds to the smoothie.
