Hemp Seed “Parmesan” Topping
1/2 cup hemp soft centers
1/2 cup toasted sea salted hemp seeds
1 cup large flake nutritional yeast (or adjust to taste)
1 cup organic walnut pieces (or any other nut)
Combine in food processor until the nuts are reduced in size (best to avoid over-processing). Put on anything – pizza, pasta, popcorn, soy yogurt, etc.
Delicious and nutritious, and not particularly cheesy.
