Hempster’s Hemp Patty

These little Hemp Patties are quite flavorful and have a helping of Hemp Protein Powder for an extra Protein Boost!

Goes great with Juicebar Slaw!


1 TablespoonUnprocessed Red Palm Oil 
2 ClovesGarlic, minced 
1/4 CupGreen Onion, chopped small 
1Medium Carrot, shredded or diced small 
1Small to medium Zucchini, shredded or diced small 
1Small to medium Yellow Squash, shredded or diced small 
2 TablespoonVinegar of choice 
1/2lemon, juiced 
1 TablespoonHemp Protein Powder 
1/3 CupCoconut or Milk 
2 TeaspoonsCurry Powder 
1 TeaspoonCumin 
1/2 TeaspoonSalt 
1/2 TeaspoonPepper 
1/2 TeaspoonRed Pepper or Chipotle Pepper or Smoked Paprika 
1 CanBeans of Choice (white kidney or cannelini) 
2 TablespoonsFlax Meal


  1. Saute Garlic & Green Onions in Coconut Oil over Medium Heat
  2. Stir in Carrots, Zucchini and Yellow Squash
  3. Add vinegar/lemon juice combination.
  4. Cook or until veggies are soft, about 10 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk Hemp Protein Powder with milk of choice and spices.
  6. Rinse and drain beans; add to milk mixture.
  7. Pour milk mixture over veggies; cook another 4-5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and let cool.
  9. Once mixture has cooled, pour into large bowl and add 2 TBSP Flax Meal. Shape into patties.
  10. Pan fry in oil of choice (Hemp Seed, Olive, Red Palm or Coconut)
