Tropical Island Smoothie

Ingredients

1Young Thai Coconut 
1Banana 
6ozFresh Pineapple 
3 TablespoonsHemp Protein Powder
PinchPure Leaf Stevia

Directions

  1. Open and drain Coconut, Scrape meat from inside, remove any remaining shell fiber from meat with a paring knife.
  2. Slice Coconut meat into small strips.
  3. Put Coconut Meat into blender with the Coconut water, banana, and 3 tbsp of protein powder, sweetener of choice.
  4. Blend on high until fully mixed and Coconut meat liquefies.
  5. Add pineapple and mix again.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness (will depend on sweetness of coconut and pineapple).
