Hemp Protein Granola
Ingredients:
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup hemp protein powder
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, hemp protein powder, hemp seeds, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine and Spread: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
- Store: Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
