Hemp Protein Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 2 eggs (or flax eggs for vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
  3. Cook Pancakes: Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. Serve: Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, or syrup.
