Hemp Protein Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup hemp protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 2 eggs (or flax eggs for vegan)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
