Hemp Protein Energy Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup hemp protein powder
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, hemp protein powder, hemp seeds, dried cranberries or raisins, and chocolate chips if using.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Combine and Press: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Chill and Cut: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
