Hemp Seed Pumpkin Power Balls

A quick snack perfect for a mid-day pick me up or pre workout boost, these Hemp Seed Pumpkin Energy Balls will be your fall favorite!


1 CupDates (heaping cup) 
1 tbspHoney 
2 tbspWater 
1/3 CupPumpkin Puree 
1 CupOats 
1/2 CupPumpkin Seeds (chopped) 
1/4 CupHemp Seeds


  1. In a blender or food processor add dates, honey & water. Process until dates are broken down, scraping sides as needed to get a paste-like consistency. (may take 3-5minutes)
  2. Add pumpkin puree to the date mixture and blend until smooth consistency is achieved, again scraping the side as needed.
  3. Transfer pumpkin date mixture to a mixing bowl. Add oats, pumpkin seeds & hemp seeds. Stirring to combine.
  4. Using a tablespoon scoop form quarter sized balls. Makes 18-20 balls.
  5. Store in airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
