Pineapple Hemp MacSmoothie

Store for a few days in the refrigerator.  Use to make a tasty smoothie. Other raw nuts such as almonds or cashews or even peanuts can be used in place of the macadamia nuts.  Just make sure they are raw and soak at least 8 hours.


3 CupsFiltered Water 
1 CupRaw Macadamia Nuts (soaked and drained) 
1/2 CupHemp Soft Centers
2 TablespoonsCoconut Oil (optional) 
3 TablespoonsRaw Honey or Organic Agave (adjust to taste) 
1 TablespoonVanilla Extract 
PinchSea Salt 


  1. In a high speed blender, blend the nuts and water on a high speed for about two minutes.
  2. Strain with Hemp Milk Filter Bag.
  3. Add strained milk back to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds.
