Returns, Restocking and Exchange Policy

All sales are final at the time of check out. We do not except returns on products for personal taste or preference reasons. We advise all our customers to do complete research on our products before time of purchase.


All sales are final at the time of check out. We do not except returns on products for personal taste or preference reasons. Opened products do not warrant acceptable return. We will only accept un-opened un-tampered with products. If by any reason your return gets subjected to custom issues or charges, “the customer” will be held responsible. A refund or exchange will be issued at the time the product is received back in our warehouse in the same satisfactory shape as it was prior to leaving.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 23% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the shipping and handling amount that you paid on the original order.

Exchanges

If the product is unaltered and still in new condition for resale, you may exchange your product within 30 days of your order for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping, and any difference in price if your product is greater than the original amount. Your exchange can only be made for equal or greater value of the original purchase.

How To Return An Item
